Order Processing

Prints are normally shipped within 7 working days (not including weekends) of a print order.  If an item is temporarily out of stock we will let you know and ship it as soon as it is available.

Prints are shipped rolled with protective paper and placed in a tube.
Shipping costs and times will vary depending on where you are and the method of shipping chosen.  Please contact us at .com if you would like the prints you have  ordered shipped using a carrier who will expedite the shipment.

Tracking your Shipment

When your order ships, we will email you a Shipping Notification email. If tracking service is available, we will include the tracking number.


If  you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If your order is damaged when it arrives, please take a digital photo of it and of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to

Please include in the body of the email:
* your order number,
* the shipping id or item number,
* a brief description of the reason for the return,
* whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

We will processs your request as soon as possible.


To return your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include a note with the reason for return and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.

We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.


Please let us know if the item is a gift, so that we can make sure that information about costs etc. are not included with the item when it is shipped.

Payment:  PayPal

Payments are processed through PayPal - it's fast, free and secure, and you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for purchases.

Duties & Taxes

Prints are shipped from Canada.  If you are a customer outside Canada you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by your country’s customs once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you wish to know more we  would suggest that you contact your local customs office for information.

Cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
